To me, resilience means the ability to not only survive but thrive during difficult situations, faced individually or as a leader of a team. It involves being agile, confident and solution-oriented in order to find effective solutions that enable forward progress. Being resilient is relatively easy during reprieves and successes, however maintaining a resilient attitude under adverse conditions is what truly empowers a leader. 

Wellbeing, on the other hand, calls for managing physical, mental and emotional health in order to maintain an optimal level of performance and efficiency. Maintaining good physical stamina through exercise, relaxation techniques such as yoga etc., and establishing proper nutrition routines as well as being mindful of one’s mental health can go a long way towards ensuring good wellbeing. As leaders, if we exercise enough resilience and establish routines to ensure our own personal wellbeing, then we can more effectively inspire others to do the same.
